Landlord Certificates (CP12)
Any rented accommodation with gas appliances is required by law to have an annual inspection with an in-date Landlord Gas Safety Certificate. As Gas Safe and OFTEC Oil Registered Engineers, Buxton Heating can provide your annual Landlord’s Safety Certificate and ensure that the property is safe for your tenants.
System Cleansing & Power Flushing
